PARTS WARRANTY:

All computer parts and components are warranted for 1 year from date of purchase*, and there may be additional warrantees provided by the manufacturer. There are no returns on any parts after 30 days. There are no returns on any installed parts.  All returns must be presented in original packaging & accompanied by original sales invoice and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There is no return on physically damaged parts or on opened software .

*CPU's, SIMM's, DIMM's, SDRAM and all other memory modules carry 30 day warranty

NUMNUTZ CUSTOM SYSTEM WARRANTY:

All  systems are warranted for 6 months, extended 1, 2 or 3 year warranties may be purchased.   System must be accompanied by the original sales invoice and be returned in the original packaging when being presented for warranty.  All service, upgrades and repairs must be done by Numnutz Computers & Software during warranty period unless other arrangements are made and stated in writing.   Warranty is void if system is serviced, upgraded or repaired by anyone not employed by Numnutz Computers & Software during warranty period.  There are no returns on any systems after 30 days. All returns must be presented in original packaging & accompanied by original sales invoice and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. There is no return on physically damaged systems.

ON-SITE SERVICE WARRANTY:

All service is warranted for 30 days from date of service.  Numnutz Computers & Software, it's employees and representatives are not responsible for loss of data.
